I have to admit I'm not familiar with the Q Lazzarus song, but I do like Brad Sucks' take on Goodbye Horses. It's catchy pop/rock that sounds way too shiny and polished to just be a demo.
Update: Brad released a cleaned up version. The links have been changed to his newer, shinier rendition.
