Friend and Foe is one of those albums I can never seem to get too much of, and Muscle'n Flo is a delicious introduction to that record. If you've never seen Menomena perform I recommend viewing a YouTube video of them playing Muscle'n Flo in a guy's basement. They're fun to watch.
