The latest Song Fight! entry by Doctor Worm is a just a straight up rocking song. Get A Life is hardly expertly recorded or mixed, but that gives it a bit of a garage music appeal.

I'm not anyone you know, but I did my undergrad at OSU, and I think we overlapped for a year or so.
Compared to a whole bunch of the songs in the SF! archive, yours are expertly recorded. But your enthusiasm is the real draw of the song, and I'm not convinced better recording and mastering would make this track any more enjoyable.
